EGO Protected: Warranties

We will guarantee the fit of your EGO Custom Eyewear for up to thirty days after you receive them. If your EGO has fit issues, contact us right away with the problem and we will remake it to better meet your needs. Your EGO can be remade once at no charge within the 30 days to improve its fit.

We guarantee your EGO Custom Eyewear will be free of manufacturer defects for one year from the date of purchase. This does not include "wear and tear" or abuse of your EGO. If you think your EGO may be defective, contact us right away.

If you purchased lenses from us, they will be warrantied against manufacturer defects for one year. This does not include "wear and tear" or abuse. If you are noticing something strange with your lenses, a weird smudge that won't go away, or something else out of the ordinary contact us right away.  

Your lenses (if purchased from us) will be covered for ninety days against adaptation issues. It may take you some time to get used to your new lenses. If you are having issues, please contact us right away. Based on your symptoms, we will help diagnose what you are experiencing and recommend a correct course of action. If new lenses are needed, we will remake your lenses once at no additional charge.

Your lenses (if purchased from us) will also be covered by a ninety-day prescription change warranty. If you are having problems with your new lenses, contact us right away. If you see your Optometrist and they change your prescription, we will remake your lenses once at no additional charge.

If your EGO Custom Eyewear breaks or needs correction outside of the thirty days, we can still fix it. One of the benefits of made to order eyewear is that if you need parts, it doesn't matter how long it's been, we can still get them. Contact us as soon as possible, and we will get your EGO repaired as quickly as possible. The price for parts is:

Front = 50% of the original EGO purchase price

Temple = 25% of the original EGO purchase price (per temple)

If you have lost your EGO Custom Eyewear, we can easily replace your order, exactly as you originally purchased it. If you have lost your EGO within one year of your original purchase, we will apply a 25% reduction to your replacement order. 

Your EGO Custom Eyewear will always be shipped to you at no charge. If you need to return your EGO for any reason, we will provide you a $10.00 CAD refund to help cover the return shipping costs.
