EGO Customization: Order Process

Come with your own inspiration or visit our GALLERY to get some ideas. When you have an initial concept of what you would like your EGO to be, go to BUY MY EGO to start the process.

Choose the primary MATERIAL for your EGO:

Standard Materials include: Acetate Plastic, Carbon Fiber, Cork, Shell, Titanium, and Wood

Exotic Materials include: Horn and Vinyl

Choose the optional add-ons you would like:

• Matching magnetic clip-on - Hidden magnets allow for a seamless fit and beautiful aesthetic.
• Lenses - Just choose the general lens type, the price includes any options you would want, or that we feel would enhance the aesthetic or optical performance of your lenses.

Place your Order:

Your payment is treated as a deposit and is fully refundable if you do not proceed with the order.

 DOWNLOAD THE APP  - This will allow you to generate an accurate 3D scan, which we will use to customize the fit and design of your frame to your exact needs.

• Scanning is only available with iPhone X or newer. 
• Take your scan and when you hit "SAVE" we will have access to your scan - if we see any issues, we will let you know and you can create a new scan.

Non-iPhone or older iPhone Users - Let us know if you do not have access to an iPhone X or newer. We will discuss how we can help you with creating your scan. 

• sometimes you might need to rebook your phone after downloading the app to allow it to connect properly.

Once we have your scan, we will discuss your design,  the materials, colours, and fit to give you exactly what you want. Creating the initial render of your EGO, on your face, so you can see what your EGO will look and fit like.  Nothing is ordered until you give the approval to proceeed. 

• If you are getting lenses from us, we will need your prescription. You can either send it to us or we can get it from your Optometrist. We ask that your prescription is no more than a year old, to ensure you have the best experience getting used to the lenses. 

This is where every detail of your EGO starts to become real. This is the digital representation of your EGO. We further refine your EGO's blueprint until you are sure you are getting everything you wanted.

Each EGO is sculpted by hand, as a made to order item. It will typically take from three to eight weeks to have your customized EGO delivered to you, depending on the materials used, and your location. As part of your delivery, you will receive everything you need to take care of your eyewear. If you are ordering lenses, you will also receive a premium lens cleaning solution and microfiber cleaning cloth.
