We have a vast collection of templates that we use as a base for designing eyewear. We modify the template to create the initial design of your EGO. Although the software for the initial design has its limitations, we do our best to ensure sizing, color, and position of wear are correct. In case of any issues, we use the initial design as a reference to make necessary adjustments.

I understand that it can be quite challenging to know if a pair of eyewear will fit correctly or if you will be able to see well with it, especially when shopping for eyewear online. However, with EGO Custom Eyewear, your concerns can be put to rest. We use your 3D scan to ensure that the custom eyewear we create for you fits perfectly and that the lenses are made precisely to your requirements. That is why we ask for a valid and current prescription when making the lenses for you.

Yes, we can. We have been asked to replicate a client's frame many times. Usually because they like something that isn't made any longer and isn't the current "in style" look. We cannot always replicate the small details, as those can be proprietary to a specific manufacturer. However, we should be able to get the style, size, colour, and fit to be what you are looking for. If you have a frame you would like replicated, CONTACT US, and we can discuss how we can make this happen.

DOWNLOAD THE APP. Once you have the APP you can capture your scan. When the App launches, you are given some instructions about what to do. When ready, click the "SCAN NOW" button. If you are happy with the scan, click "SAVE" name your scan and click "DONE". It will ask you if you want to "Select Op-designer" however, you can just close the APP after saving your scan. 

**To use the APP, you will need to have an iPhone X or newer iPhone (any model other than SE). You may need to reboot your phone after installing the APP to have it open properly.
